Technology Overview
ClearGold offers a simple, effective method of water sanitation. Our main technologies:
- Create structured water
- Increase saturated oxygen
- Oxidize organic solids
- Break weak molecular bonds of contaminants
- Destroy single cells through enzyme bonding
Structured Water - The Key Element
The basis of our technology involves creating structured water or 2H20. 2H20 is water that has been treated electronically to pre-condition the water molecules to become active. Structured water is different than regular water as illustrated below:

One molecule of pure water consists of two hydrogen and one oxygen atom. Structured active water consists of two hydrogen and two oxygen atoms. The benefits of structured water include:
- Increased Hydration
- Detoxification
- Cell nourishment
- Cell growth in plants and animals
- Moisturiziation of skin
The Process
ClearGold is an Electro-Chemical Oxidation System. In the first and primary stage, the microprocessor communicates via a multi scan coded signal to the core of the reaction chamber. This process will oxidize specific harmful substances that are water soluble, especially nitrates, as well as kill virus, bacteria, amoebas and algae. The core of the Reaction Chamber is represented by two Reaction Field Inducers. The two RFIs are connected to a constantly regulated DC power source which is controlled by means of a micro-computer according to the water flow and the concentration of oxidizing agents detected in the source water. The RFI-A operates as an electron sink and the RFI-B as an electron source. Depending on the water quality, flow and current density, the required oxidizing agents are generated at the positively charged RFI-A.
There are dissolved ions in water as well as neutral water molecules. Accelerated by the electrostatic field created in the Reactor Core, the negative charged ions move to the RFI-A and the positive charged ions move to the RFI-B. The neutral molecules, like water molecules, move due to diffusion at both of the electrodes. At the RFI-A both ions and molecules are oxidized. At the RFI-B they are reduced by charged transfer. In our process, the Reaction Core can be characterized as two simultaneous, independent reactions. Atomic oxygen and chlorine are generated. The atomic oxygen recombines to molecular oxygen and the atomic chlorine hydrolysis and disassociates via molecular C 12 to hypochloric acid and hypochlorite. In the first step micro-organisms are inactivated by atomic oxygen and chlorine as well as by intermediate hydroxide radicals in the reactor. In the second step after the reactor, the micro-organisms are killed due to hypochloric acid and hypochlorite within a very period of time. These residuals will last for extended periods of time in a very active ionic state. The life span of atomic oxygen and hydroxide radicals is very short. They can only act within a narrow layer at the RFI-A in the main core. The lifetime of chlorine compounds and ionic charged particles can be extended into several hours providing the necessary additional bactericide effect for treating the water and guaranteeing sanitation for long periods of time. With specially formulated packaging materials the life of packaged water can be extended beyond five years.
All radicals that are generated from this process have a high oxidizing power and work in the RFI-A reaction layer (a very thin layer on the RFI-A surface). Atomic oxygen and chlorine are also well known as high oxidizing agents but they only live for a few milli-seconds. Both radical mechanisms and atomic oxygen mechanisms can inactivate all micro-organisms. The amount of time required to kill depends on the total colony count and the organic burden of the water. The second mechanism in cell destruction is via chlorine derivatives. Significant concentrations of chlorine ions are naturally present in most water sources and this helps to facilitate the Electro-chemical process. Depending on the exact water issues involved, we have developed five separate stages to oxidize and attack bacteria, viruses, amoebas and algae. This is an extremely safe and effective way to reduce the levels of contamination without the need of toxic chemicals. We also deal with specific polymers to deal with oil bases and physical restructuring of salt water to drop out all but the H2O. Somewhere in these technologies, most problems can be solved. Our goal is to fully understand the water problems of our client, so that we may then provide a solution.
A Simple Effective Method of Water Sanitation
Installation, operation and maintenance of ClearGold Water Restorations is simple while the process itself is complex.
The water to be treated is pumped through a totally enclosed processing chamber that houses electronic components required to treat the contaminated water. A sophisticated five-stage electronic process within the chamber reacts quickly and effectively to kill bacteria, viruses, amoebas and algae.
By attacking the cell membrane of micro-organisms, this process interferes with the replication of cells.
100% Cell Destruction
Micro-organisms synthesize the necessary enzymes required to complete their own life cycle. Cells replicate by splitting themselves in half and growing into two new cells. Without the proper enzymes to provide nourishment they cannot live.
The reaction taking place in the ClearGold core is the immobilization of this vital enzyme. This is achieved by binding a specific group of the respiratory enzymes and immediately impairing any activity in the cell. The resulting complex compounds created in the reaction field within the ClearGold core are absorbed by the nucleus of the micro-organism's cell. This absorption into the cell causes interference with the enzyme process and ultimately kills the micro-organism as well as prevents regrowth. Once the cell is destroyed it has zero capacity for replication.
In some cases plasmids are present in the bacteria and maybe able to initially evade sanitization by producing proteins that are capable of combining with complex compounds and protecting the cell. The release of free oxygen radicals in the reaction field allows penetration of the protected cell membrane, which in turn paves the way for the 100% destruction of the cell.
The electronic reaction field in the core has an extremely explosive reaction to the bacteria, viruses, algae or amoebas as they pass either through it or in close proximity to it. The lethal reaction insures the water is 100% free of all micro-organisms and microbes.

Testing
The ClearGold Water Restoration Systems have undergone rigorous testing throughout the world for over 15 years. The tests are specific and the results have met or exceeded expectations in all cases.
- Micro-Organisms
To achieve the International standard for testing for micro-organisms the system uses five separate tanks. The same "neat" sample is added to each tank. Each tank is then tested 5 times. ClearGold Water Restoration achieves a 100% kill rate in every test, with time being the only variable. - Nitrate Removal
The ClearGold technology has been tested and successfully demonstrated to be effective in removing nitrates and sanitizing agricultural waste water to a safe level without affecting the chemical makeup of the nutrient solution. - Sewage Testing
Extensive testing has been completed on sewage in which ClearGold demonstrated the ability to achieve 100% kill of E. coli, salmonella, typhimurian and amoebas. In addition, the bacteria solution was retested after 48 hours and no bacteria was detected. This has been verified in hundreds of independent lab tests. - Sea/Ocean Water
The ClearGold System has been tested specifically for sea water which has far higher conductivity than fresh water and contains a much higher level of total dissolved solids. The results have shown significantly decreased mortality rates in aquaculture ponds and faster, disease free growth while utilizing much less feed.
